UNC-Wilmington Wins 2023 Golfweek Fall Challenge at Caledonia

Paced by the tournament’s top two individual finishers, the UNC-Wilmington women’s golf team (+10 for the tournament) held off a strong challenge from Lipscomb to earn a one-stroke victory at the 2023 Golfweek Fall Challenge at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

Mallory Fobes (-4) and Victoria Levy (-2) were two of only five players to finish the competition under par, with Levy’s final-round 66 a tournament best to help the Seahawks secure their first Fall Challenge victory in four attempts. New Mexico State (+17), Charleston Southern (+18) and Delaware (+21) rounded out the top five finishing squads.
