It’s the Most Important Meal of The Day. Make It Count!

Litchfield Restaurant in Pawleys Island serves up the perfect pre-round breakfast

Everyone has seen them – the oodles and oodles of pancake houses and breakfast spots as you drive up and down the Grand Strand. But with so many different options to choose from, it can be hard to decipher which ones are worth the time (and money) before you head out to the golf course. Well, if you’re planning to play a round at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club or True Blue Golf Club, be sure to give Litchfield Restaurant a try!

Litchfield Restaurant is located in Pawleys Island just minutes from both Caledonia and True Blue. The menu, which can be viewed on the restaurant’s Facebook page, features breakfast classics like omelets, pancakes, French toast and waffles, while also including non-breakfast fare like sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and myriad creative entrée plates.

The Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs is a Southern classic: Boneless chicken breast is coated in a special blend of spices, fried until crispy and then topped with white pepper gravy. It comes with two eggs cooked just the way you like them, along with your choice of grits or potatoes and toast or biscuit. If you’re more of an omelet person, look no further than the Red Hill – with ground beef, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and American cheese. You won’t hit the 1st tee hungry with these power breakfasts!

Or, if you’re just not feeling breakfast food, order the Pork Chop Plate under the “What’s Cooking” header. Two boneless pork chops are fried until crispy, then served with French fries, cole slaw and a roll. And if sandwiches are more your thing, you can’t go wrong with the First Mate Fish Filet. Simple but absolutely brilliant, this sandwich has locally caught flounder, fileted and fried, then served on a bun with lettuce and mayo.

Whatever type of food you’re into, Litchfield Restaurant has it, and they’re ready to serve it up before your round at Caledonia or True Blue with Caledonia Golf Vacations.
